Skytower and Tongli Group visited the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) to deepen strategic cooperation on manufacturing localization
In support of the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 initiative, Skytower and Tongli Optical Film Company held a productive meeting with senior leadership from the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), including Jameel AlGhamdi, VP of Industry and Local Content, and Mohanad Radhan, Investment Director. The meeting focused on the potential localization of Tongli Group’s optical film manufacturing in the Kingdom.
Discussions covered key national policies, strategic opportunities across four major sectors—construction, automotive, energy, and green materials—as well as available incentive programs and private sector collaboration. As a key enabler of Vision 2030, NIDLP plays a vital role in offering comprehensive support for industrial localization projects. This initiative is designed to facilitate the successful establishment of companies like Skytower and Tongli Optical Group in the Kingdom, with strong backing from both public institutions and private enterprises.
As we delve deeper into the local landscape, Vision 2030 remains central to shaping our engagement and finalizing our market entry strategy.
