Our Vision

Skytower Investment (STI) follows a vision of adding value by creating a venue for demonstration of ways to cut off carbon pollution before it escapes to the atmosphere through reengineering pollution out of manufacturing processes, transportation, energy generation, construction and ultimately thousands of industrial, commercial and residential processes. Many of these processes have never been fully examined with no carbon as an objective while maintaining their designed objective. Currently, all carbon pollution remains in the global atmosphere until a relatively small portion is slowly absorbed by natural processes.

The massive discharge of carbon and other GHG pollution have overwhelmed the ability of the natural world to mitigate it: the world which has given mankind so much needs immediate help! We need to act and can with the globally agreed target of Carbon Neutrality by 2060 and the Kingdom’s proactive approach to decarbonization.

STI is built around the premise that a new approach (United States, Saudi Arabia and China combined effort) to traditional economic development is needed: principally that economic development to be sustainable must include human and environmental factors. Often old economic development models did not put a high value on people or the environment effected by it. Often extraction of value from the natural world emphasized lowest cost, highest return and no time was wasted thinking about the consequences.

Sustainable Development, which is the implementation phase to the work of STI in the Zero Carbon Park is premised upon deriving “sufficient” prosperity for today leaving for future generations sufficient resources and capacity to derive such prosperity for themselves. Through “planning for the future” sustainable development allows for better uses of energy, natural resources and better development of existing and future human resources. Sustainable development provides resources needed for the next part of “circular economic value.”

STI has a vision of decarbonization that emphasizes generating new value from new non carbon products and opportunities in emerging industries of the future. It is STI’s goal to utilize, in concert with the Kingdom’s goals and policies the creation of a long-term growing innovation sector which helps to expand the Kingdom’s leadership vision to the rest of the world. Innovation will serve the people of the Kingdom and allow it to share its example of success and hope with many in the region who have long needed such examples of positive economic and human capital development. The MENA nations have long needed examples that are indigenous, that truly comprehend the special needs of its people, their environment and traditional values.
